By year's end, a lawyer predicts that Bitcoin ETF approval will have occurred.

 

John E. Deaton, an attorney at Crypto-Law US, responds to Commissioner Hester Peirce's remark of perplexity on the justification for the SEC's refusal to approve a Bitcoin ETF, outlining what this means for the general public.

One of the results is the potential for approval to happen before the year is up, or at the latest by the end of the first quarter of 2024.
